Sanctuary provide in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations.

Property Delivery Coordinator

Hull, Chester or Shiregreen, Sheffield - with an anticipated balance of home and office working

£25,944 per year

35 hours per week

12 month secondment opportunity available upon current line management approval

The role of Property Delivery Coordinator **will include:

  • Providing support to the senior management team, diary management and organising travel arrangements and bookings
  • Reviewing reports, requiring excellent attention to detail is critical
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders, reacting promptly and confidently to new requests
  • Supporting the team by ensuring accurate and timely information is collected, collated, prepared and presented
  • Overseeing the arrangements of meetings including attendance, information preparation, minute taking and follow up administration
  • Ordering any equipment for the team and reviewing shopping carts created by the team

Skills and experiences:

  • Previous experience within an administrative support role is essential
  • Experience with working in a fast past environment where multitasking has been required
  • Ability to keep calm and to remain professional at all times especially when communicating during pressured situations
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Adaptable and flexible, being able to work on own initiative as well as being part of a team
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or similar
