The Estates Assistant will work with the estates team and external contractors carrying out the operation and maintenance of the estate.

Cheadle Hulme School is a large estate that requires a significant amount of operational support to keep things running smoothly. The Estates Assistant will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a safe, sustainable and conducive environment for teaching, learning and administrative functions within its prestigious Grade II listed estate.

We are looking for someone who can provide great communication, and cares about keeping CHS operating at its best. The Ideal candidate will be hard working and enjoy working as apart of a team and with external contractors. They will have some knowledge of relevant legislative standards and operational procedures and a passion to ensure the engineering services, building fabric and infrastructure of the school provide a safe environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

This is a full time, full year role working 37.5 hours per week.

The salary for the role will be £23,848 per annum or £12.23 per hour.
