This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave, supporting the Learning Design/Product Development Team.
Flowers Associates are looking for an experienced administrator who has excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to hit the ground running, making this role their own.
The Role:
The successful Administrator will be responsible for the following duties:
- Be the first point of contact for enquiries inbox and telephone calls, responding quickly and efficiently to complaints or feedback about packaged training courses and services ensuring all comments are recorded in the dedicated electronic feedback spreadsheet,ready for reviewing and including in later revisions.
- Administration support for the Product Development Co-Ordinators and Learning Design Team.
- Identifying risks associated with each project undertaken and creating a risk register for all live projects.
- Being a central, pivotal point externally with clients and suppliers and internally across the business for all training packs and service development issues.
- Sourcing, negotiating, and liaising with suppliers ensuring they meet the exacting quality standards set by the business. Quality controlling all elements of our products throughout all stages of the development process.
- Complete training package or service ready in good time for launch, help set up for the launch and be willing and able to answer questions from delegates attending the launch about the products and services as well as informally networking as part of theteam.
- Collaborating with various internal contributors as required, on all projects.

- Hybrid working of up to 3 days from home once competent in the role.
