The successful candidate will have the drive and ability to work under pressure and time constraints whilst getting the job done and delivering excellent service to our clients.
Our team consists of people from an array of different professional backgrounds including solicitors and CILEX practitioners and is designed to provide our clients with a solution, no matter the task that is required to be undertaken.
JOB PURPOSE
We currently have an opening for a Litigation Team Leader to join our Housing Disrepair
department based in our Liverpool
Office. The team handles complex litigation and is extremely busy.
As a team leader within First Legal Solicitors, you need to be dedicated and motivated, with a focus on quality and a desire to deliver.
You will report to the Department Manager and be responsible for managing daily activity, performance and results as well as ensuring the team delivers first class service to our individual clients.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prioritising workloads to ensure targets are deliverednManaging system and process changes effectivelynKPI reporting and key task managementnConfident day to day decision makernAdvising as required on cases to clients, other departments, and relevant stakeholdersnTraining and staff development including conducting one to ones and appraisalsnEnsuring that cases are appropriately allocated, assessed, managed and conducted in a proactive and commercially-focussed manner.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Effective use of Litigation Case Management SystemsnExperience of effective management of significant caseload from inception to trialnPart 7 litigation experiencenMultitrack and fast track litigation experiencenPrevious supervisory or management experience within litigated practice area
