- Litigation Case Management Processes: Good knowledge of litigation case management processes (Proclaim is desirable but not essential).
- Client Care and Communication: Commitment to excellent client care and communication across all audiences.
- Professional Development: Dedication to professional development of team and individuals.
- Problem Solving and Time Management: Proactive and clear approach to problem solving, with strong time management and organizational skills.
