A fantastic new role has just become available for an Office Administrator on a fulltime, permanent basis. Within an office environment providing you with the support and motivation that comes from working within a team environment.


Our client specialises in tailored security system design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire alarms and security systems throughout London and the South of England.

This is a lovely Company to work for they have an excellent reputation in the industry.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will be responsible for ordering kits from suppliers at the request of other members of staff
  • You will be required to manage stock levels
  • You will be required to assist with sales and adding quotes into our system.
  • General Administration duties

THE IDEAL PERSON:

  • Someone that has worked with our management system or CASH (Preferred not essential)
  • An individual that has experience dealing with suppliers and ordering materials.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Work well alone, as well as part of a team
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft
