About the role:
You will part of a bespoke team supporting individuals within their own home. You will support them as part of a team that works together in ways that are led by the individuals needs.
We are currently recruiting for two individuals in the Lancaster area who live in their own homes with 24 hour support.

- Provide support to individuals in a way the works for them.
