We've recently signed off on a newly created role- DE&I and CSR Partner .

In this exciting role you will contribute to our mission of fostering a work environment where people feel safe, valued and supported, contributing to a better society.

Reporting directly into the DE&I and CSR Lead Actuation Systems you will support from a UK remit.
Develop and execute a local DE&I and CSR strategy, working with leaders, HR and the organization to drive accountability and tangible results , listening to and understanding feedback from employees to shape plans and interventions
Research and promote local DE&I initiatives (e.g. panel discussions, external speakers. ), events, training and learning that will advance employees' understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion
Partner with the HR team to embed DE&I across the employee lifecycle (talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, etc.) Identify and manage partnership with external partners such as charities, NGO and community groups, initiating collaboration on employee volunteer opportunities and charitable activities
Communicate and lead the company's social responsibility and community initiatives, including corporate giving, sponsorships, matching gifts and volunteerism, serving as an internal and external advocate
Reporting and analysis of data on DE&I and CSR to make appropriate measurement of progress and identify specific areas to address
A commitment to promoting diversity equity and inclusion and true passion for making a positive impact on our communities
A proven track record of planning & delivering successful internal and external Diversity & Inclusion and CSR events & related projects
Organisation and project management skills to manage multiple deliverables
Experience as a DEI and CSR practitioner on an array of topics including resources, tools, best practices and connections with a varied set of people from the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, nonprofit and civic leadership
IT and MS Office skills, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
