We're seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Apprentice - Administrator SEND. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting students, parents, and stakeholders during annual reviews and exam access while studying towards a Level 3 qualification.

As an Apprentice - Administrator SEND you will:-

  • Create and update various documents using IT packages and systems (e.g., letters, EHCP reports, and annual review minutes).
  • Ensure timely preparation and circulation of reports.
  • Be the central point of contact for stakeholders, including schools, employers, and parents.
  • Log and respond to student and parent queries related to annual reviews.
  • Use Pro-Monitor our student progress tracking system, to upload relevant information.

To be eligible for this role you will -

  • GCSEs or equivalent national qualifications.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and software.
  • Strong communication skills.

This role will offer you the opportunity to gain valuable experience within education and if successful may lead to a permanent role within BCG.

We offer a competitive apprentice rate which will increase year on year - starting at £16,000 per annum.
