The Opportunity

Hey there Are you a database whiz and fancy joining a close-knit office gang in Truro? We're in need of a Database Administrator who's a pro at MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and all those juicy SQL-related stuff. You'll be the database guru responsible for crafting, maintaining, and safeguarding secure database systems, ensuring our client's data is in top shape.

Role Overview

You'll be part of a fantastic IT crew, keeping the database setup up and running smoothly while guaranteeing the safety and consistency of our data. Ideally, you'll be stationed at our client's headquarters in Truro. Although there's room for remote or hybrid work, you'll still get to visit Truro regularly.

You'll dive into various departments, steering the data strategy and ensuring our clients receive top-notch service.

What You Bring to the Table
  • MS SQL Server Pro: Master the art of developing and maintaining MS SQL Server environments effortlessly.
  • Stored Procedures Maestro: Craft and manage stored procedures like a wizard.
  • SSIS & SSRS Specialist: Easily build and maintain SSIS packages and SSRS reports.
  • Service Broker & Triggers: Skillfully leverage these tools.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry-standard methods, platforms, and practices.
  • Database Design & Development: Proficient in database analysis, design, and development.
  • Extra Brownie Points: Familiarity with C# or PHP, Linux and Windows server settings, and Azure or similar cloud platforms.
  • Communication Pro: Ace in written and verbal communication.
