Duties:

  • You will work alongside the Senior Sales Administrator to provide admin support to the department and assist in the recruitment of potential new Franchise Owners into our network.
  • You will engage, build a rapport and support prospective franchisees, from their initial enquiry through to the point of signing their Franchise Agreement.
  • You will deal with new recruits using agreed marketing tools. These methods include (but are not limited to) online communications, CRM systems, exhibitions, responding to enquiries and researching relevant channels.

Requirements:

  • GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English
  • 2 Alevels or equivalent
  • Ideally some experience of working in a customerfocused role in an office environment.
Successful completion of the apprenticeship will lead to the award of level 3 Business administrator.
