This is a very senior level management post.
The post holder will have overall operational responsibility for delivering all aspects of our Facilities Servicesand will ensure contractual and performance compliance, quality and service improvements and delivery of local and national NHS initiatives and standards ensuring that services meet the evolving requirements of service users.
Providing strong and effective leadership, the post holder will lead services within their remit, ensuring that each service is financially viable, delivering Value for Money and contributing to the Trust's Cost Improvement Plans.
The post holder will be responsible for the procurement and contract management of supply and commercial contracts falling within the remit of Facilities Services, working closely with colleagues in Procurement and Finance.
**The post holder is required to propose, write, implement, and modify any policies and procedures necessary within their area of responsibility ensuring full compliance with all statutory and non-statutory and mandatory and non-mandatory legislation and NHS guidance.
