Working Hours: 20 hours per week
We are seeking an individual to enhance the perception of library services within the correctional facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality library resources and exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing library assistance for 20 hours each week on a fixed-term basis.
Applicants should possess a foundational experience in customer service, a comprehension of the significance of prison libraries, and a solid familiarity with literature.
Essential qualifications include a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent. Additionally, outstanding customer service and ICT skills, along with the ability to engage effectively with individuals from various backgrounds, are necessary.
All appointments will be contingent upon successful criminal record checks by the relevant authorities.
