Starting salary between £22,000 to £27,500 (depending on hours, skills and experience) plus additional benefits

  • Our standard fulltime contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part time working)._
  • However we want you to have the flexibility to increase your working hours if it suits you, so we also offer the option for an enhanced 40 hour contract which has an enhanced salary of up to £27,500._

Location:
this role is 3 days per week in our Sheffield office and 2 days per week working from home (initially it will be full-time in our office for training - c. 8 weeks)

Allocated shift pattern between 08:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday

Our products can be technical - there is a lot to learn but don't worry, you'll receive plenty of training and support to help our customers with their complex queries.

  • Excellent communication skills and a great phone manner with the ability to build rapport and show empathy
  • Be a good fact finder
  • you will ask the right questions at the right time to really understand what our customers need from you
  • Someone who enjoys working and learning with others around them to deliver fantastic customer service
  • The ability to understand our digital methods and how they can make things simple and quick for our customers
  • A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to have difficult conversations and overcome objections

What you'll get for this role:
