If so, we have a fabulous Administration Manager role that may be perfect for you.
We are working with a fantastic client based in North West London who are looking to hire an Administration Manager on a temporary basis.
The main purpose of the role is to provide efficient support to the team across the administration department, Rotamanagement and HR department.
To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
- Previous Administration experience
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Comfortable using MS Outlook, Excel, Word
Within this position, you'll also be:
- To provide efficient and effective support to the team including secretarial/PA and administrative services, diary management, meeting management
- Acts as a first point of contact for the UCC Service Manager.
To respond to telephone enquiries often of a confidential nature for the urgent care centre, from all staff groups, patient's, relatives, and careers providing information, prioritising queriesas appropriate in a prompt and pro-active manner.
- Ensure the smooth running of the office/reception through maintaining office systems including the development and maintenance of paper and electronic filing systems to ensure safe transfer and storage of information
- Management of the admin and reception staff in the UCC, ensuring a welltrained and highly motivated workforce
- Support the maintenance of consistently high levels of quality, safety, and performance across the organisation to deliver clinical excellence and high patient satisfaction
Salary is £14.10 per hour
Working hours are - Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
