Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking a dedicated Lead Coach with a Basketball coaching qualification or a willingness to work towards one. This role is ideal for someone passionate about coaching sports, especially basketball, and inspiring young children. We welcome individuals who are enthusiastic, committed, and eager to lead assistant coaches to deliver engaging sessions.

Responsibilities:

As the Lead Coach, you will be responsible for running the sessions and leading assistant coaches.

You'll use Little Hoopers coaching guidelines to plan each session, ensuring they are fun, safe, and conducted in a friendly environment.

Additionally, you'll provide a feedback report to the Head Office at least once per month on your sessions, helping us ensure continuous improvement and quality delivery.

The Essentials:

  • Commitment to ensuring sessions are conducted in a fun, safe, and friendly environment.
