- **The Job**:_
- We have an exciting opportunity to become our _**ASSISTANT ROOM LEADER.**_
- You will assist the Room Leader in leading a _**team of other practitioners **_of various qualifications, with the responsibility of coaching/mentoring and improving practice._
- You will co-manage the daily running of the classroom, plus have overall responsibility in the absence of the Room Leader._
- You will oversee your team of practitioners in all aspects of their role, from daily interactions to assessing their key children’s online learning journals._
- You must be experienced, confident and eager to lead others, ready to embark in your next step of your career._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
