As Wedding and Events Supervisor, you will be motivated and passionate to assist in leading our dedicated and positive team, you will work to the highest standards of operations and ensure that your team share your passion for creating memorable moments.

You will be a training ambassador and ensure effective management of the team.

Working with our events and operations teams you will:

  • Hold keys and operate the venue
  • Liaise with the Wedding and Events Team on all bookings
  • Have experience of EPOS
  • Staff management
  • Delivering all events to brief & instruction
  • Interact with customers
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Social Media Knowledge/Experience desirable
