Develop and execute R&D project plans . C oordinat e projects to deliver high quality outputs , ensuring schedule and budget adherence .

Conduct technology, materials and process development at component and assembly level, driving forward product development by close integration across the technical engineering and test teams.

Liaise with partners, technology providers, and suppliers to deliver project objectives.

Develop and deliver R&D projects related to innovative technologies integrating them into structural solutions for future aerostructures component and assembly products.

Relevant experience in planning, developing and delivering collaborative R&D projects to agreed time, quality and costs using project management tools
Relevant background in complex technology integration R&D projects
Excellent report writing and presentation skills
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Experienced in the use of standard Microsoft packages
Desirable – Degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering, material polymer science/or equivalent relevant degree/experience required
