The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • Strong supervisory skills for team support and development
  • Minimum Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience in Supported Living or Residential services (preferred)
  • Experience with adults having Learning Disabilities or Mental Health conditions
  • Willingness for further training or development opportunities
