The role


You will contribute to delivering efficiencies and building capability to create a continuous improvement culture where you will analyse the efficiency and effectiveness of the current process before implementing a range of solutions to improve the process resulting in business benefits and a first-class experience for our customers.


You will plan and delivering improvement projects to deliver business benefits, supporting the in-house Process Improvement training to build capability across the business, ensuring the consistent adoption of lean six sigma methodology.

Coach internally trained colleagues to use their process improvement skills to deliver improvements within their own teams and business units.


What we're looking for

  • An experienced process improvement specialist ideally qualified to Lean six sigma green belt or equivalent
  • Experience of a disciplined approach to requirement gathering and documentation along with being effective at planning and organising with the ability to support multiple work streams concurrently
  • Able to build relationships quickly and work well with a wide range of stakeholder groups with different needs and expectations
