About you:
A passion for creativity.
Marketing experience essential.
-Successful track record in developing and delivering brand campaigns.
-Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
-Excellent stakeholder management.
-Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
-Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
-Adept with design and analytics software, and other tech that might be required within the role.
-Experience in taking initiative and problem solving.
-Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, or related field, preferred.
-Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
Key responsibilities:
-Managing the day-to-day running of all marketing campaigns.
-Developing social media strategies.
-Help develop and deliver creative briefs across all communications.
-Overseeing and co-ordinating the events calendar.
-Managing email databases and driving D2C sales through effective brand and product campaigns.
-Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimise accordingly.
-Present ideas and final deliverables to management about marketing programmes, strategies, and budgets.
