Join Our Team as an Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) Administrator

We are excited to offer a position for an experienced Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) Administrator to be part of our Oracle System Administration Team located in Stevenage. With a mix of on-site and remote work, you will be tackling challenges and enhancing our finance systems.

As the Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) Administrator, you will lead efforts to ensure our finance systems effectively support our business needs. Your role involves maintaining the Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Services (FCCS) applications and the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) environment. You will collaborate with different business units and our support partner to optimize the use of M Group Services' financial systems.

As the Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) Administrator, you'll get to:

  • Configure and support Oracle FCCS applications based on financial requirements.
  • Manage user access and security privileges within the FCCS application.
  • Administer the production system and data integrations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Lead period-end close activities, including consolidation and data submission.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.
  • Ensure efficient system configuration deployments and change management processes.
  • Handle incidents and service requests, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
  • Support daily activities of the project team and user community.
  • Act as a liaison between the business and external parties for issue resolution.
  • Offer expertise to facilitate decision-making and propose functional enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.

Your qualifications and skills:

  • Degree or equivalent, professional qualification is a plus.
  • Strong background in financial accounting.
  • 5+ years of relevant administration experience with Oracle FCCS.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting and implementing FCCS.
  • Proficiency in EPM Automate.
  • Experience with Oracle PBCS, ARCS, and Reporting (OTBI, SQL) is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Extensive IT systems knowledge and technical expertise.
  • Experience in system integration and Business Intelligence software is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with information security protocols.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and deliver realistic solutions.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture.
