Our homes are set in beautiful surroundings and during the summer we make full use of what we have, enjoying BBQ's, bouncy castles, loud music and more.
We encourage meaningful and creative in-house activities and access many community based activities every day. Our aim is to help each of those in our care achieve greater independence in as many ways as possible, to achieve their personal goals, and to be happy and to have fun along the waySupport Worker Positions:
(Full or Part-time)
Our
Support Worker teams are fully involved in all aspects of our residents lives and help support in-house and community based activities.
This can include going to the cinema, going out for a meal, shopping, day trips, and medical appointments for example.
Thinking of a care role? No experience? No problem
Experience is preferred _but it is _
not_ _essential,_ as it's more about who you are as a person
