Our company is looking for an office assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office.

You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, managing files, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands for the Sales and Accounts team.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Managing the filing system.
  • The daily imputing of invoices.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.

Salary:
£21,750.00 per year
