The role:

We are looking for someone who has extensive knowledge, understanding and experience working in a senior compliance role.

You must have expert knowledge of the FCA including the new Consumer Duty, Insurance Distribution Directive and Advertising Standard Authority.


The role:

  • Providing technical expertise of FCA regulations and being the "go to" expert across the business
  • Designing and implementing compliance monitoring frameworks and compliance charters
  • Continuous development of the Compliance team
  • Ensuring the business implements a fit for purpose training needs analysis
  • Work with the Head of Risk and Governance to ensure the framework meets regulatory requirements
  • Reviewing regulatory policies across the FCA and Data Protection Act
  • Create synergies across the different businesses and where possible implement standardised approaches
  • Ensuring the company remains legal and compliant in everything it does
