Site Equip is the South's leading supplier of portable welfare facilities operating within event and construction industries, supplying to major contractors including; London Fire Brigade, the Ministry of Defence, and many major events.

Through our investment in people, we are able to expand and develop our innovative and forward-thinking company. A position has become available in our Operations team for a Logistics Coordinator. The position is based at our Lasham, Hampshire Depot.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, organised and driven person to ensure our customers receive the highest quality equipment and service available on the market.


The Role

  • Planning: Route planning delivery, collections, and services ensuring they happen on time and rerouting any changes through out the day.
  • Admin: Complete the driver's jobs by checking them through to ensure all have been completed sufficiently, splitting down contracts, and sending prehire checks.
  • Communication: Being the first point of call for the drivers, proactively problemsolving any issues they have, liaising with customers and solving queries quickly.
  • Supoporting and managing drivers remotely to guarantee the best level of service
It is a fast-paced role, constantly evolving and changing, requiring quick thinking and organisation.

Experience and Expertise

  • Experience in administration
  • Proactive
  • Strong MS Office skills

Up to £28,000.00 per year
