They are partnering with BMS Performance to bring fresh talent into various sales teams as they expand across the UK.

What to expect in this role:

  • Position: Sales Development Executive
  • Target Market: on-trade venues
  • Location: Oxford, Gloucester, and Swindon area
  • Training: Comprehensive training provided
  • Responsibilities: Focus on driving new business by showcasing products and persuading clients to make purchases
  • Potential Growth: Progress to an Account Management role within 12-24 months

What qualities are desired in a candidate:

  • No prior business-to-business sales experience needed
  • Looking for confident individuals with strong face-to-face communication skills
  • Resilience and ambition to advance in their career
  • University graduates or those with relevant working backgrounds encouraged to apply

Package details:

  • Base Salary: £30k
  • OTE: £35k
  • Benefits: 25 days + bank holidays, plus £5000 annual car allowance
