Salary :
£26,000+ depending on experience
Experience is essential in:
- Commercial admin job role
- Telecoms or civils on telecoms networks
- Use of Depotnet
- Strong IT skills
Key Responsibilities include:
- Assist in ensuring financial information is available for audits and KPI reporting
- Track and report cash flow and monitor and action ageing profiles
- Validate Subcontract Account summaries including measured values, advance payments, recharges etc
- Running reports for WIP and actively discuss with the Project Manager
- Prepare interim payments and AFP's
- Keep Payment Record Sheets up to date following completion of each 2 weekly payment run
- Collating site measures and from these producing job packs detailing areas to be installed
- Input, update and maintain all appropriate data
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate financial records
- Other administrative duties
Requirements:
- Able to work on own initiative as well as be a part of a familylike team.
- Exceptional commercial experience, proven track record in similar commercial administrative role
- Must be able to interact with people at all levels
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Good sense of humour
