General Commercial Admin duties, provide support to the commercial and finance team

Salary :
£26,000+ depending on experience

Experience is essential in:

  • Commercial admin job role
  • Telecoms or civils on telecoms networks
  • Use of Depotnet
  • Strong IT skills

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in ensuring financial information is available for audits and KPI reporting
  • Track and report cash flow and monitor and action ageing profiles
  • Validate Subcontract Account summaries including measured values, advance payments, recharges etc
  • Running reports for WIP and actively discuss with the Project Manager
  • Prepare interim payments and AFP's
  • Keep Payment Record Sheets up to date following completion of each 2 weekly payment run
  • Collating site measures and from these producing job packs detailing areas to be installed
  • Input, update and maintain all appropriate data
  • Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate financial records
  • Other administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Able to work on own initiative as well as be a part of a familylike team.
  • Exceptional commercial experience, proven track record in similar commercial administrative role
  • Must be able to interact with people at all levels
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Good sense of humour
