Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall operations with full P&L responsibility for both online and physical retail environments. Ensure operational efficiency, growth and profitability across all channels.

  • Source new products and appraise secondhand goods, using your expert knowledge to set competitive prices and expand our offerings.

  • Take an active role in the design aspects of our online presence and help define the overall brand strategy. Ensure the brand identity is consistently represented and resonates with our target market both online and offline.

  • Utilise industry experience to enhance product selection, customer engagement, and market positioning.

  • Lead and inspire a team dedicated to achieving excellence in every aspect of the business from sales to customer service.

Package Description

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 to £70,000 (based on experience) with a bonus potential up to 30%.
