Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall operations with full P&L responsibility for both online and physical retail environments. Ensure operational efficiency, growth and profitability across all channels.

  • Take an active role in the design aspects of our online presence and help define the overall brand strategy. Ensure the brand identity is consistently represented and resonates with our target market both online and offline.

  • Utilise industry experience to enhance product selection, customer engagement, and market positioning.

Package Description

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 to £70,000 (based on experience) with a bonus potential up to 30%.
