You will possess a deep understanding of project-based consultancy in the health and social care sectors
nThe ideal candidate would have:
10+ years of relevant sector experiencenextensive experience as a project director and senior project managernexperience of leading consultancy teams to win and deliver a portfolio of multiple parallel projectsnexperience of managing resources, budgets, and contractsna track record of successful business development and generating sustainable revenue streamsnproven leadership, people management, and staff development skillsnexcellent interpersonal and communication skillsnan established network of clients to support your revenue generation efforts.
