Duties Include:

  • Follow internal office protocols and procedures to ensure office efficiency
  • Warmly greet all patients as they arrive
  • Maintain the dental clinic's Diary system to ensure a smooth running of the practice.
  • Assist patients with booking appointments both in person and over the phone.
  • Provide the Dentist with administrative and practical support.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Must Haves:_

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Excellent computer and typing skills
  • Some Dental experience is a plus but not essential as full training will be given.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
