Dental Receptionist

Buttercross Dental Practice is a busy, well-established dental practice located in the heart of Witney, offering both NHS and private treatment. We are currently looking for a **full time **person to join our ever expanding team.

- Computer savvy (Excel, Word)

- Good IT Skills

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the Dental Practice.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any concerns or questions they may have
