Receptionist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join Rodericks Dental Limited as a Receptionist. This exciting opportunity involves providing an outstanding patient experience by managing appointments, answering calls, and responding to patient queries.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues. Strong organisational and time management skills are also essential for this role, along with proficiency in using IT systems, including SOE software.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage appointments, answer calls, and respond to patient queries
  • Work closely with the team to understand treatment options and ensure patients receive the best possible care
  • Process administrative tasks efficiently, including form completion and payment processing
  • Liaise with external partners, such as laboratories and supply companies

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
  • Possess a passion for learning and developing knowledge of dental treatments and services
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently
