Job Description We are on the look out for a new superstar account executive or senior account executive to come and join our team.

You'll be working across some amazing projects spanning the world of ice-cream, alcohol and food. We deliver transformative experiences for some of the world's most iconic brands, forging memories, building richer connections. We eat ice cream. Host fabulous parties.

An integral part of the client service team playing a supportive role to ensure client projects are managed effectively and efficiently.

You will be a central cog in the day to day running of client projects and manage internal communications between key teams.


Client Account Management

  • An understanding of what is meant by Brand Experiences and how it works within the marketing mix
  • Supports delivery of client work by coordinating and completing project management tasks and documentation such as timing plans, status reports, contact reports, budgets and briefing documents.
  • Able to identify key milestones within any project and manage timelines accordingly. Knowledgeable about clients' business objectives able to translate these into brand experience solutions.
  • Plays a support role in pitching
Creative and strategical thinking

  • Understanding of the design and creative process
  • Familiar with brand guidelines and approval processes
  • Financial Management and Commercial Performance
  • Understands the financial process and goes through budgets on a weekly basis to ensure costs are posted correctly and jobs have not gone over budget.

The role is based at our office in Oval with 3 days a week in the office and 2 working from home.
