Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to join a well-established company based in Malton, North Yorkshire

**The Role

The role of Financial Reporting Manager will be to manage and develop financial/regulatory reporting across the group, including the preparation of financial statements, notes and technical information.

**Duties

  • Ownership and preparation of annual statutory financial statements
  • Point of contact for external auditors, including responsibility for the smooth running of the auditing process
  • Maintaining professional awareness of current and evolving IFRS standards
  • Preparing reports for the Board highlighting key accounting policies across group companies
  • Supporting and coordination and production of the companies Annual Report
  • Supporting with the analysis, collation and distribution of data/information
**Skills/Experience/Knowledge

  • ACA OR ACCA qualified
  • Experience auditing or preparing large group multicurrency consolidations
  • Experience auditing or preparing statutory accounts(IFRS and FRS101)
  • Experience of UK GAAP
  • Be comfortable producing a set of statutory financial statements
