The Opportunity

Processes orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer contact. Manages internal acocunts and customer scheduling.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintains customer files with sales contracts and other information and distributes order sheets to respective departments. Gives price quotations, completes order sheets and checks the price and quantity of each item listed. Responsible for Visual Compliance for customers and customer contacts. May coordinate with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders. Responsible for internal account management and customer scheduling Ensure Business Unit margins are maintained through customer specific pricing.
