A leading UK Financial Services Consultancy who provides expert advice to many of the UK's prominent FTSE 100 & 250 companies have a good opportunity for someone to join their administrative support team.
Working in a busy office environment you will helpsupport the technical Pensions Team with a range of duties which include Assisting the department with a range of administrative duties including the production of client letters, meeting packs and presentation material.
- Updating client records, producing correspondence confirming change of address, names, dob etc.
- Arrange for the return of client documentation.
- Book internal meeting rooms, arrange meetings & invites, order meeting room refreshments and make travel arrangements if required.
- Update the workflow system, help manage the departmental inbox, assist team managers review work in progress and outstanding work requirements.
- Help the department with bulk client projects, archiving and scanning.
- Take departmental calls, filtering to appropriate team members and taking messages when required.
- Managing incoming post; opening & scanning, distributing to relevant teams and ensuring postal logs are updated.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous office experience to join leading consultancy firm who have years of experience investing in and developing talented individuals.
