Responsibilities:
- Managing inbound HR queries through the HR automated ticketing system portal, ensuring timely responses and accurate task completion.
- Handling all aspects of the employee life-cycle administration such as new starter offers, contracts, payroll processing, internal movements, changes, promotions, flexible working adjustments, parental leave, employee relations, holiday calculations, leaver processing, exit interviews, and reference requests.
- Collaborating with ER and HR Business Partners to address business and employee-related issues adequately.
- Maintaining up-to-date HR files for all employees as per internal guidelines.
- Utilizing HR systems for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- Reviewing HR processes regularly and suggesting improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with Company processes related to FCA regulations.
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the HR team.
- Assisting with internal and external audits.
- Handling general queries.
Requirements for Success:
- Experience: Whether you have prior HR administration experience or are a skilled administrator looking to transition into HR, this role is tailored for you. A solid track record in a busy and intricate administration role is a must.
- Initiative: Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, and experience with HR systems is a plus.
