Job Summary
The HR Assistant role at Markerstudy Group is a stepping stone to a rewarding career in HR. As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for managing inbound HR queries, administering employee life cycles, and working closely with ER and HR Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound HR queries through the HR automated ticketing system portal, ensuring SLAs are met and tasks are actioned efficiently and with accuracy.
- Administer all aspects of the employee life cycle, including new starter onboarding, contracts, payroll processing, employee relations, and leaver processing.
- Work closely with ER and HR Business Partners to ensure business and employee-related matters are dealt with appropriately.
- Maintain up-to-date HR files for all employees, in line with internal processes.
- Manage HR systems required for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- Review and recommend improvements to HR processes.
- Adhere to Company processes with regard to FCA compliance.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the HR team.
- Support with internal and external audits.
Requirements
- Experience in HR administration or a strong administrator eager to transition into HR.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience working with HR systems is a bonus.
