You will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Administration Manager, and Primary Care Manager/Associate Medical Director (Primary Care) when required.

What we'll need you to bring:

  • Secretarial experience working within a demanding office environment
  • Fast, accurate typing skills and high quality presentation skills are essential
  • Have an indepth knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Be able to work to demanding deadlines
  • Be able to use initiative, working on own and as part of a team
  • The ability to work under minimum supervision
  • UK/EU/EEA Drivers licence and access to a vehicle

It would be great if you also have:

  • Training in Secretarial Studies/Administration
  • Previous secretarial and clerical experience in an NHS environment
  • Knowledge of general office procedures
  • Audio typing skills

Contract type:

Fixed Term or Secondment for 2 years

Part Time

20 hours

Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.
