We're looking for an accomplished
Personal Assistant to provide efficient, effective, and proactive support to our two Strategic Leaders in HR and Communications.


You'll be responsible for a host of actions, including diary management, monitoring mailboxes, preparing content for meetings, minute taking, providing admin support to the Strategic Leaders, and engaging with various stakeholders both across the business and externally.


Some of your other accountabilities will include:

  • Fully effective diary management, proactively reviewing and updating diary commitments, handling conflicts and prioritising actions as necessary
  • Organising appointments, meetings, and travel
  • Monitoring mailboxes, promptly replying to enquiries, and forwarding necessary communication to individuals
  • Preparing agendas, collating papers, presentations, taking notes and track actions for meetings
  • Finance support when required, including raising purchase orders
  • Effectively communicating and engaging with the wider HR & Communications team and our external partners, providing administrative support where needed

With proven experience, you'll be someone with integrity and curiosity, who can hit the ground running, has excellent organisation and time management skills, and can effectively communicate with the stakeholders you engage with.

You'll need to be empathetic, a forward thinker and have the courage to challenge upwards appropriately.
