_ Overview of Responsibilities:
_
As the HR and Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of the company's H&S programmes, as well as supporting the wider HR team with all HR administration.
_ Key Job Elements:
_
- Update policies and documentation in line with Health and Safety (H&S) consultant recommendations
- Maintain and populate H&S database's
- Complete tasks as directed by management and H&S committee to ensure facilities are compliant with H&S regulations (e.g. Clear walkways, testing safety systems, maintaining firstaid kits, PPE).
- Arrange and coordinate contractors/vendors relating to H&S/facilities and overseeing site visits (e.g. heating/A-C system, alarms, sprinkler system, security cameras)
- Be an active member of the safety committee gathering information for monthly meetings, minute taking and arranging meetings as required
- Create and maintain training documentation and keep accurate records utilising the H&S systems and Learning Management System (LMS)
- Schedule travel for company personnel including flight, hotel accommodations, and car rental
- Schedule meetings and make arrangements for company events including business meetings, summer and Christmas parties and any other events as required
- Make changes, as approved, to HR documentation following ISO standards of document control
- Train employees on Edays and ensure accurate records regarding sickness and holiday data
- Input and update employee data into D365 ensuring accuracy of current workforce
- Source and purchase branded clothing and products managing the budget and negotiating on price
- Work with HR Manager to Coordinate Employee Activities & Sustainability Programmes
- Ensure the LMS, Active Directory, D365 and Absence Management System and Employee Address Bank are maintained to the necessary standard to ensure employee history and employment details are available
- Conduct HR NEO for Safety and HR
- Other duties as assigned
_ Qualifications:

- Required_
- Previous experience within HR/H&S
- Experience working with confidential information
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills with high attention to detail
- Preferred_
- Associates degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Previous experience using D36
- Experience working with a Learning Management System
- Previous experience making company travel arrangements
