Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boat Master Licence Holder to join our team.

As a Boat Master Licence Holder, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining boats, ensuring the safety of passengers, and adhering to all maritime regulations.


Duties:

  • Operate boats and navigate waterways safely and efficiently
  • Ensure the safety of passengers and crew members at all times
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the boat
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and report any issues or repairs needed
  • Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information about the boat, safety procedures, and local points of interest
  • Adhere to all maritime regulations and guidelines
  • Assist with docking and undocking procedures
  • Respond to emergencies or incidents on board, following established protocols

Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Valid Boat Master Licence
  • Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures
  • Excellent navigational skills
  • Ability to operate boats of various sizes and types
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
