Medway, United Kingdom Premier Work Support Full time

A rare opportunity has arisen for an
Office Administrator to join a small friendly team in a long established company in Medway Towns.

Ideally you will have some previous experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent, have excellent customer service skills and be proficient in MS Office.


Initially you will be working 3 days per week, ideally Monday - Wednesday 08:00 - 17:00, with a one hour break., however days can be flexible and holiday cover will be required.

There may be the opportunity in the future to increase the hours to full-time Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, dependent on the needs of the business.

You will be assisting in the smooth running of the office, taking customer orders through to dispatch.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Liaising with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Checking Invoices are correct, filing and data inputting of purchase orders.
  • In addition to this you will be well organised, be a team player and be able to work to deadlines.
