Following a reorganisation within our administration team, we have an exciting opportunity. We are seeking to appoint a friendly, professional, highly organised, efficient and reliable person to the key role of Administrative Assistant.

Previous experience of working in a school office would be an advantage, but not essential; you will however need excellent IT skills, be well organised and able to prioritise a varying workload.

You will be required to provide administration duties along with exceptional customer services skills. You need to be motivated and be able to problem solve as unforeseen/new challenges often crop up and need to be dealt with promptly and competently.

You will need to manage telephone enquiries and provide administration support to the school community, with specific responsibility for oversight of pupil records, maintaining the school’s Management Information System and supporting with admissions.

Danecourt is a special school catering for primary age children who have special educational needs. Danecourt is part of the Maritime Multi-Academy Trust, an innovative partnership of Academies in Greenwich, Bexley, Kent & Medway. Our academies transform through collaboration and an entrepreneurial curriculum which equips children with life skills.
