**Job description**

Caddy Group are a Mechanical and Electrical Recruitment company. We supply M&E professionals all around the UK and Europe.
- Screen and manage incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Coordinate the director's schedule and agendas.
- Handle mail operations including receiving, entering, and dispatching.
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
- Arrange travel logistics for the Service Manager and teams.
- Organize internal and external meetings, including participant lists and agendas.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring they have necessary equipment.
- Prepare and monitor departmental budgets.
- Review accounting documents prior to payment.
- Organize files for meetings and travel.
- Archive and maintain departmental documents.
- Liaising with the Project Manager

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in office automation tools (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Fluent in English
- 5 years experience in a similar position
- Previous experience in Oil & Gas industry or a Construction Project

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £17.40 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Oil & Gas: 2 years (preferred)
- Construction: 2 years (preferred)
- Executive Assistant: 5 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Medway, Kent (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)
