This is a newly created role to support the rapid growth of the company and is an ideal opportunity for an Insurance Finance Business Partner looking for a role with more autonomy and ownership in their role.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial support to the executive team on formation and quantification of their strategy, including analytics to support strategy decisions.
  • Provide financial and profitability reporting and analysis.
  • Provide finance business partner support to Heads of Divisions and the executive team using business acumen, analytics and professional insight to drive change, growth and profitability
  • Develop new analytical tools and processes to support insight and decision making
  • Participating in leadership meetings for the departments you support
  • Ensuring that any findings, insight, or processes that benefit the areas supported are shared with the wider FP&A team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or FP&A Role
  • Essential
  • Financial Sevices or Insurance Industry expeirence
  • Essential
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with post qualified experience
  • Proven experience of working with data structures and have experience of extracting and utilising data to drive key strategic decisions
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Strong academic background minimum 2:1 degree


This is a high profile role across the organisation with daily interaction to key stakeholders across the business and it is therefore essential that have strong interpersonal skills.

The role provides realistic career progression opportunities with a career path to the Head of Business Partnering position in the future.
