What you will be doing:

You will play a crucial part in helping us grow, develop and improve the performance and delivery of the EMR Central Engineering Team.


  • The role is customer facing and will require cross functional collaboration
  • Monitoring of project status, snags and roadblocks
  • Creation & overseeing of project documents and folders
  • Auditing of projects and their status
  • Development and training of team members
  • Raising orders / processing of invoices as required
  • Supporting the process of resource planning and recruitment
  • Development & tracking of budgets whilst supporting the creation of business cases
  • Coordination and delivery of R&D projects as required
  • Helping to set out and maintain the engineering student and graduate development programs
  • Supporting the creation of technical standards and processes as required

About you:

You will have a willingness to learn and develop whilst dealing with all aspects of facilitating and coordinating project related tasks.

- 'A' level or degree qualified with suitable experience in a similar business role e.g. engineering, project or business management qualifications preferable.

  • Selfmotivated with a strong desire to develop their role and responsibilities
  • A strong communicator, able to articulate ideas and present / manipulate data
  • Capable of building relations and working to deadlines
  • Proficient in the use of TEAM's and Microsoft packages such as Excel
  • Experience of project and task coordination activities
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft project / project for the web desirable
  • Interested in people development
