Project Research Team Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and coach a team of home-based researchers to achieve targets and deadlines.
  • Project Management: Arrange, design, and carry out interviewer training, lead the team to achieve targets, and manage quotas to ensure targets are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance reviews and provide feedback to team members, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Provide regular analytics on progress and assist with interviews as needed.
  • Resource Management: Monitor resource and staffing levels to ensure sufficient staffing levels.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading teams in a similar role or environment.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with telephone survey interviewing skills, CATI software, and Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and comfortable managing your own workload.
